The giveaway provides a $1,000 credit toward a luxury Studio Belle portrait experience. This includes the session design consultation, professional hair and makeup, your fully guided portrait experience and access to our exclusive studio wardrobe, and the $500 credit applied toward artwork of your choice. While it isn’t free, it’s a significant value to create something truly extraordinary. 

Our empowerment experiences are held on specific dates that we have set aside for this. We want to ensure that every recipient is well taken care of. We’re typically booked a couple of weeks to months in advance. During your pre-session planning appointment, together we will choose a time that works best for you. 

We have a range of different session types that might be fitting for each individual’s needs and budget. Our signature experience session fee is $500 and this includes your design and style consultation, professional makeup artistry and hairstyling, up to 3-hour portrait session, magazine quality enhancements of your photographs, your access to our studio wardrobe and your personal hype person and photographer.

Weekend (Saturday) sessions and holiday sessions can be scheduled (based on availability, if requested in advance) at a premium fee.

What you spend on your photographs is totally up to you, starting at $995. You will have a choice of print and digital portrait collections, premium albums, gorgeous wall art pieces and more. Prices for all of these vary and you choose how many photographs you love. There’s always something for every budget.

$500 goes towards the experience which includes a 3-hour experience that’s solely for you, in the privacy of our studio. We’ll start you with Professional Hair & Makeup – so you only need to come with a moisturized face and dry hair. You will also get coaching through flattering poses that fits how your own body moves and Expert Styling – we’re going to style you head to toe. We’ll help you select outfits that will photograph well for you or accessorize with our studio wardrobe

The other $500 is a credit for you to use towards any of our portrait collections. Our mantle, wall pieces start at $995 and our collections start at about $1495.  You can use your credit towards whichever collection you wish. Some women come in and like to keep it simple so they’ll spend $800+ over their credit and some women love everything we create and want albums and wall art and everything 3500 and more. How you use your credit is completely up to you… you only buy what you love!  We have all of our products here in the studio that you can touch and feel and get an idea of what we have to offer.

No. Our giveaway recipients receive the same privilege as every fully paid client. This means that you are provided the option to accept or decline sharing your photographs online. Let’s be honest, we’re not big social media people either so less than 1% of the work we create every year gets online. Don’t worry, we’re trying to get better at posting because we also want to brag about our clients, and show the world what we do

We’ve got room to give 50 women each $1000 towards their portrait experience this year.

yes. Many of our clients find it convenient to split their payments over time so they can enjoy their portrait session to their heart’s content.

We do ask for a $250 booking retainer at the point of booking – yeah, no flaky energy here. 

At a doctor’s appointment for example, the clinic can see 10 patients as the same time in different rooms and have other staff attending to them. Most of these appointments are 20-30 minutes long, so if one client doesn’t show up in a day, it doesn’t affect too much logistics. However, for our portrait studio, we only see about 10-15 clients per month. When we reserve a time for you, our entire team, our entire studio is reserved for you. So if you don’t show up, we can’t just shake it off. 

This retainer is completely put towards your portrait order.  We do reserve a lot of resources and our entire studio team for your session so this is a commitment to ensure you show up. Because so many women want to experience this type of photoshoot and space is limited, we hope you understand the importance of collecting a refundable deposit to secure your spot and our team! It is non refundable if you decide to cancel, no show or reschedule. When you are being photographed at Studio Belle, we are working with you to create beautiful art, and to celebrate you and your beauty, both inside and out.
