STUDIO BELLE ATELIER - FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONSWe love to nsure that every part of your experience at Studio Belle is seamless and effortless. We understand that every portrait experience is a deep personal investment in yourself and your loved ones, so budgeting should dnot be the reason why you wait or never get it done. Our Flexible Payment Options allow you to choose what’s most convenient for you – whether that’s a few smaller payments directly with us, or a financing plan that spreads the payments over several months. You still get the chance to customize every detail of your artwork on your session day so all your payments are recoorded and treated as a gift card purchase till your session day.
In-house Flexible Payment
Pre-session payments only- Plan is interest free. No credit check required
- Recurring payments are set up before your session date, payments must be completed before session date
- Payments can be spread typically from 3 to 6 months (up to 12 months in select cases)
- Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly payment period
- 10% Late fee for missed payments
- Must be set up on recurring credit card or visa debit. No etransfer or direct debit options - however you may add in extra payments at any point via etransfer.
- Earlier payments can be made with no penalty
- $150 Admin Fee - waiver applied when first payment starts within one week of consultation date
- *required when rescheduling a booked session
Partner Financing
Payments can continue beyond session date- Partners: Affirm, Klarna, iFinance
- Application completed prior to session
- Payments can be spread 3 to 24 months
- Smaller payments as low as $50 (based on other client experience)
- Interest based on personal history. Soft pre-qualification check first - see your rate before you commit
- Recurring payments can be done on credit/debit card, direct debit from bank, etc (each partner has their preferences)
- Earlier payments can be made with no penalty
- Artwork and digitals are delivered on the same timeline as someone who paid in full on their session day
- Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly payment options - You choose your payment schedule
Any applicable vouchers will be applied before payment is processed.

You can start at any level that feels good for you and upgrade on your session day. You get to choose your payment dates, frequency of payments so there are no surprises. We’re always reachable if any questions arise or you need help.
your final artwork selections, sizes, and personalisation options will be confirmed on the day of your session. The collections shown here represent a starting point, not a ceiling. Our full range of possibilities will be presented to you in person.
All transactions are processed securely. Information provided is only used for the purpose of ordering artwork for your session. Your details are private. Financing partners do not share any personal information with Studio Belle Atelier

How much should I plan for my artwork?

Will checking my options affect my credit score?
No. Reviewing eligibility for either option uses a soft check only. Financing only goes on your credit history once you’ve accepted and completed the transaction.
What happens after I apply?
For Financing: You’ll see your available payment schedule or financing terms immediately. Nothing is charged until you review and confirm the plan yourself.
For In-house Payments: We will send you a proposed schedule of payments and amount based on the information you have provided. Payments will only start when you approve.
Can I pay off my plan early?
Yes, both options can be paid off ahead of schedule at any time with no early payment penalty. You will need to contact the financing partner you have chosen to plan early payouts.
What if I'm not approved for financing?
You can fall back to the in-house plan, or reach out to our team directly. We’re happy to work out a schedule that fits.
