Click HereWhen you are preparing to invest in your portrait experience, we want to make sure you know what your options are for payment. Some clients want just a few images and others want it ALL — so we’ve created this handy guide that details the range of available payment options for any budget.
When you book your portrait experience, no matter what session type you book, there’s a $500 booking fee. This covers your professinal hairstyling and makeup, access to studio wardrobe and a full day of pampering in as many outfit changes as you desire. Our collections start at $995 for wall/mantle pieces and $1590 for albums and portrait boxes. Whatever you spend is completely up to you, as we do not sell pre-set packages. Each person is able to design their artwork as much as they love, depending on their inidividual taste and budget.

Set up an in-house flexible payment plan before your session (only available before the session and your session has to be scheduled 3-6 months away, and required when rescheduling a booked session). - Set up Financing through Affirm and Klarna and AfterPay. They are well-known financing companies. Approval is not automatic so we recommend trying this before your session day. Schedule a pre-session payment call or start your application here: https://studiobelleatelier.ca/financing
- Prequalify for financing. https://apply.ifinancecanada.com/25334 Approval is required prior to your session, and you can wait till the session date to finalize the details after you have chosen your photographs.
- Pay in full on your session day (if you have not selected any of these options prior to your session we require 100% payment on your session day).

In-house Flexible Payment
Pre-session payments only- Plan is interest free. No credit check required
- Recurring payments are set up before your session date, payments must be completed before session date
- Payments can be spread typically from 3 to 6 months (up to 12 months in select cases)
- Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly payment period
- 10% Late fee for missed payments
- Must be set up on recurring credit card or visa debit. No etransfer or direct debit options - however you may add in extra payments at any point via etransfer.
- Earlier payments can be made with no penalty
- $150 Admin Fee - waiver applied when first payment starts within one week of consultation date
- *required when rescheduling a booked session
Partner Financing
Payments can continue beyond session date- Partners: Affirm, Klarna, iFinance
- Application completed prior to session
- Payments can be spread 3 to 24 months
- Smaller payments as low as $50 (based on other client experience)
- Interest based on personal history. Soft pre-qualification check first - see your rate before you commit
- Recurring payments can be done on credit/debit card, direct debit from bank, etc (each partner has their preferences)
- Earlier payments can be made with no penalty
- Artwork and digitals are delivered on the same timeline as someone who paid in full on their session day
- Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly payment options - You choose your payment schedule
