Towards your session, one of the major things we plan is your final art pieces – however you choose to take that home – because we’re always planning with the end results in mind. At this point, you most people have a pretty good idea exactly what they want and that’s awesome because you get to enjoy incredible perks for investing in your portraits.  Pre-payment perks are applicable even when you’re still deciding what your final art pieces will be. They are applied based on your pre-payment amount.

 Quick FAQ:

1) Pre Payment and/or Payment Plans are NOT required, if your session is scheduled within the next 2 months. You can simply show up to your Session + Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment and pay in full that day, however you will not receive any Bonuses that are offered for the Pre Payment or Payment Plans.

2) Payment Plans are not offered after your session. If you choose not to Pre Purchase or do a Pre Session Payment Plan, you MUST pay in full the day of your Session + Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

3) Bonuses are ONLY for Pre Payment or Pre Session Payment Plans. If you pay in full the day of your Session + Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, you will not be able to take advantage of the Bonuses. If you upgrade at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, additional Bonuses are also not redeemable.

4) Bonuses are only valid for clients who either A) Pay in Full for a Collection 2 weeks prior to their session or B) Complete a Payment Plan in full prior to their session.

5) If you upgrade at the session, no additional bonuses will be applied, so please keep that in mind when choosing your package for the pre session payment plan or purchase!

What are the payment options regarding the purchasing of my images? Every client is offered a Pre-Session Payment Plan that can start as early as the day they book their session and can extend until 14 days prior to their session. We also provide our clients with Bonuses valued at over $$$ if they pre-purchase a Collection. Should you decline to set up a payment plan or pre-purchase a collection, you will simply come to your Session and pay in full for your purchase, however, you will not be able to take advantage of the bonuses.

Can I get a payment plan after the Session? No, we do not offer payment plans after the Session. However, we offer financing option – which you must apply before your session to prequalify. Payment plans are only available between the date of booking and the session date.

What is a Pre-Session Payment Plan? For clients who wish to discuss setting up a payment plan, we offer a payment plan phone call. Basically, how it works, is we either select a Collection or work within your budget and create a payment plan from that monetary amount. If there are 12 weeks before your session, for instance, you could choose to have your payment plan be automatically drafted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for a set amount so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full. Payment plans are offered on amounts of $$$ or higher only. Pre-Session Payment Plans are not refundable if you cancel your session or if you choose to spend less than the amount you financed. We will send you a separate Payment Plan contract which will outline all of the terms.

What types of payment do you accept? We accept cash, credit/debit, etransfer. We do NOT accept checks. For Payment Plans, it must be credit/debit/etransfer.

There is no option to have an online gallery or a second Ordering Appointment.

Can I make additional purchases at a later date? As discussed in the Session Guide and your contract, we do not archive your images after your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. However, if you purchase the Digital Collection with the high-resolution files, you can send them to us for printing or you may print them through a third party.

What happens to the images I do not purchase? We delete them after your session.

All sales are final. Once your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment is complete, we will have you fill out a Final Sale agreement, which states that we cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. You may not change, alter, add, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the Ordering Appointment.

**Qualifying total for perks is calculated pre-tax, after all applicable credits have been applied. All pre-paid amount are applied as credit towards your final order. Amounts can be one-time payment or paid over time. Payment plans are only eligible for bonuses if all payments are completed 2 weeks prior to your session.
